Emily serves as Executive Director of Operations, bringing over a decade of experience in the health insurance industry, along with hands-on expertise as a licensed agent. In this role, she provides leadership across teams, oversees employee management, and directs daily operations and strategic growth initiatives, all while maintaining a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
